Happy New Year… Mayan style. Today is Day Out Of Time… (must be in the NOW ∞) We are moving out of Yellow Galactic Seed Year into the Red Solar Moon Year. So what the hell does that mean? To the uneducated, it sounds suspiciously like the opening night of the Fluff Factory, where we are anticipating another year of making rainbows and breeding unicorns. When people think of the Mayan Calendar… they generally say something like, “Oh that 2012 thing… wasn’t the world supposed to end?”So what does it all mean…?

For me it has to do about time. Not the NOW, but time, and how we measure it. Like all things in nature; there is intelligence, elegance and a clear rhythm to the rotation of time. There are 28 days between each full moon,13 moons a year. 28 X 13 = 364. The Mayans added one extra day (The Day Out Of Time- today) to celebrate Time as Art. 365 days in one year.

So although there is such simple and precise rhythm of time being presented to us right before our very own eyes, we ignore these cosmic rotations and follow a completely different measurement of time that doesn’t mean anything to any of us. Unless you are mates with the ghost of Julius Caesar (Or Pope Greg) Not only do we lack an intimate connection with the Gregorian Calendar… it is actually pretty weird.

September means 7 (“sept”) but is the ninth month.
October clearly means 8, but is the 10th month.
November, which means 9, is the 11th month.
December, the 12th month, means 10.

Now, one could go on a rampage about control and governments and how we Sheeple are being manipulated out of our natural rhythms, but that is not my style.

Globally, we are following something that is artificial and irregular. As a collective, we passively agree to ignore the natural cycles of time while the truth shines clearly in our night sky. We live on a planet that has a rhythm; it pulses in an even bigger galactic pattern with other planets and galaxies. The female menstrual cycle is 28 days. Yet with all the clues scattered in and around us, still, we are… out of time. The music is playing, but the words are wrong. The current global disharmony and disease is not our natural pattern, but that is what we are expressing. We all want the same results; ease, flow, harmony, peace, creativity and kindness. But peace often feels like it is lacking and compassion and kindness upgrades would be very beneficial during this time in human history.

A Global change is inevitable, how do you think it will look? I am actively voting for a conscious, deliberate, peaceful movement that can create unity. I call it NOWism… who cares what we call it? NOW is the time to call it forth!

It might seem radical to change our calendar… Inconvenient indeed! It will be the biggest product recall of all time! Headlining Times Magazine… “Calendars are fundamentally flawed and fractured! A sign of the times…. times up!” So what are we going to do? Rename and Reprint? Let me guess… we haven’t got the time? Cos we are busy chasing time. Wasting time. Buying time. Passing time. Killing time. These are desperate times. The answer is everywhere, we are standing in the centre of the code; it is hidden in plain sight.

Let’s be clear, I am not an expert on time. I prefer the NOW ∞ But maybe we should just start by burning the calendars. ~ Kat Dawes ~
